TOPEX received EUROPEAN SEAL OF E-EXCELLENCE 2009 Award

TOPEX announced that for the second consecutive year the European Multimedia Forum (EMF) have distinguished the company as a recipient of European Seal of E-Excellence 2009 / Platinum for innovation marketing.
