TOPEX participated as sponsor at the 11th edition of the Broadband Convention, Bucharest, 14-15 November 2006 At the Broadband Convention organized at JW Marriott, on 15^th November, TOPEX held a presentation called “TOPEX solutions for voice services in NGN”.

Mr. Radu Balaci, Product Manager TOPEX, illustrated basic aspects of NGN, the evolution towards the voice solution, TOPEX multiSWITCH in the system architecture of a cable operator network.

Among the topics presented: types of services in progress, the interoperability of the equipment in the convergent networks, TriplePay services (Voice, Video and Data).

The presence of TOPEX at this event is part of a TOPEX project which aims to acquaint with the concept of NGN and to present the progresses and the new technologies in the telecom field.
