The TOPEX VCSS System Contributes to the Endowment of the Campia Turzii Air Base According to NATO Standards A new radio navigation and flight control system has been inaugurated on Wednesday, September 27th. At the same time, the works performed for this Air Base between 2005-2006, within the “the guide” program were received, program performed by Romanian Air Force in order to endow Military Aerodromes with modern equipments, fully compatible with the ones existing in the military Aviation of NATO states and in the civilian aviation, according to NATO standards and to International Civilian Aviation Organization (ICAO). (Ministry of National Defense press release on 09/26/2006).

The TOPEX VCSS System Contributes to the Endowment of the Campia Turzii Air Base According to NATO Standards TOPEX has provided the air traffic control specific telephony system (TOPEX VCSS).

“We think it is important that the participation of the Romanian economy in this international project should be thrown in bold relief. The specific telephony system is compatible with the ones existing in the military aviation of the NATO countries and with the ones in the civilian aviation” Dan Adamescu, CEO TOPEX stated.
