On the 1^st of June, joy took over Residenz - The German District

Bucharest, June 2nd 2009 - On June 1st, at the kids' party held by Tiriac Imobiliare and  LBBW Immobilien, the developers of the residential complex , joyous songs and games could be heard everywhere in Residenz - cartierul german. The event has been dedicated to both Residenz community members as well as those wishing to become future members of the residential complex.

Over 100 kids, joined by their parents and grandparents, have had fun together with animated cartoon characters. As a souvenir, each child has received a photo of him, together with his favorite cartoon character.

Children have competed in contests such as the midget dance, rope, sack race, they danced and enjoyed huge, stories-like lollipops. Children were overjoyed by colored balloons figurines,  and the chance of being facepainted and, especially, by the Residenz cake, which they enjoyed together with their parents, at the end of the party.

Residenz, cartierul german is the first residential project developed by Tiriac Imobiliare and LBBW Immobilien. Located in Chitila(Bucharest's N-W area), 15 minutes away from uptown, Residenz holds 489 appartaments, ranging from two to five rooms, each appartment having high standard facilites. The residential complex is developed on a 68.230 sqm area and offers parking places for residents and visitors, as well.

Residenz represents a joint venture between Tiriac Imobiliare and the german developer LBBW Immobilien GmbH, being the peak of know-how and vast experience concerning the development of residential projects. The project's first two phases have already been delivered and over 100 families live in Residenz, cartierul german. The project's Third Phase will be delivered next month.

Residenz, cartierul german is a project financed by UniCredit Tiriac Bank, with Heberger being the construction company. The project management is done by ALBA Project Management, its architects are Artre Studio and Nething Generalplaner, and the Exclusive Agent is CB Richard Ellis Eurisko.
