Residenz's private kindergarten has been opened
Bucharest, November 12th 2008 - Residenz - the German district - developed by Tiriac Imobiliare and LBBW Immobilien, announces the opening of "Kinder Residenz" kindergarten, within The German District. The private opening event was also attended by Mr. Ion Tiriac.
The kindergarten has a 260 sqm. gross building area, annexed to a 903 sqm. playground. 15 children are already enlisted, the kindergarten's overall capacity consisting of 50 places. The investment's costs rose up to 600,000 Euros, VAT included.

The acceptance of Phase 2 of The German District Residenz has been finalized
On the 22nd of October 2008, Residenz's agents, together with Chitila's City Hall representatives have finalized the acceptance of phase 2 of The German District Residenz.
