The German Minister President of the State of Baden Württemberg has Payed a Visit to Residenz - the german district

Already in Romania, for economic purposes, Mr. Günther H. Oettinger, Minister President of the State of Baden-Württemberg, visited, on 18th June 2008, Residenz - the german district, developed by Tiriac Imobiliare and LBBW. He was accompanied by a joint economic delegacy, composed of German and Romanian businessmen.

Mr. Günther H. Oettinger has a real interest in Residenz - the german district, because of the value and the importance of the projects it assumes, both for Romania and the federal state he represents, especially given the fact that LBBW Immobilien GmbH is one of the greatest real estate project developers in Germany, reaching a turnover of over  730 million Eur and 67 years of experience and expertise on the real estate market.
