The biggest mall in Romania, 5-minute distance from ResidenzNova Imobiliare, a Romanian company will build the biggest shopping-mall in South-Eastern Europe, named Colosseum Shopping Center, a project developed in partnership with NAI Property Partners and other two real-estate concerns and the investment will reach EUR 450 million.

- Residenz is a residential project developed in a joint-venture by Tiriac Imobiliare and LBBW Immobilien GmbH, Germany. The district is located in Chitila and will include, upon completion, in May 2009, 480 apartments in a complex with all the facilities.
