How to choose the perfect apartment?

The best sold apartments are those with 2 and 3 rooms and the top of sales in this area is held by A1-Y-1 model. This type of apartment has a built surface of 66.06 sqm and a bedroom organized around the living-room which has an orientation towards the terrace. The modern kitchen is open towards the living and connected to it through the place where meals are taken. The above-mentioned model (A1-Y-1)  also benefits from a specific alignment of the day/night areas against the cardinal points. The night areas are oriented towards the North with windows are of moderate dimensions, and the day spaces are oriented towards the South with stained-glass windows of big dimensions.

Second place in the top of most appreciated apartments in the Residenz area is the A1-Z-1 model with a built surface of 96.64 sqm. The northern area of the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the day area comprises of a sanitary group, a closed kitchen and the living room with access towards the extremely spacious terrace.

The A1-X-1 model also holds a top position in the sales clasification, bearing a built surface of 107.84 sqm and a structure similar to the A1-Z-1 version.
