What Documents are Necessary for Taking a Mortgage Credit when The Beneficiary Works Abroad?
  • 1.Identity card/Valid passport;
  • 2.Residence permit from the country where he/she is working in;
  • 3.Working contract on a indefinite period of time;
  • 4.Annual declaration of the income issued and up to date from the Fiscal Administration from the country where he/she is woking in;
  • 5.Salary flyer or another proving document for the income (the last 3 months).

All this documents must have legalized translations.

What do I have to do for renting the mortgaged house in banks favor?

For renting the mortgaged house in banks favor you have to have the written accept of the bank.

The bank will give its accept with the condition of preserving the destination (renting to individuals), the term for renting being smaller than 3 years.
