Calculator loan rates for houses

This calculator provides you the opportunity of calculating the first rate from the reimbursment for a house loan, granted by Bancpost to individuals. The results are approximately and do not mean that the loan is granted.
The lending decision belongs to the Bancpost unit that you will address to for the documents deposit.

• between 5 and 25 years (a whole number of years)
• minimum 3000 euros (or RON equivalent)
• minimum value of the monthly net earnings (earnings minus debts) imposed by the bank for granting in the conditions given by you. familial budget is accepted, too.

Opening the current account it is made by simply filling in an application which contains, through other things, the following information:   
- the identification dates of the future account owner : name, surname, address, date and birth place, pnc(for rezidents) or any other similar unique identification element (for unrezidents), signature. 
- information regarding the selected persons;
- general conditions for opening and running the bank clients accounts. 
At the application for the account opening you attach a copy of the applicant’s ID and of the selected persons.
Opening an USD account can be made in any Bancpost unit.
