My son who is earning 4.500.000 and us with pensions of 5.200.000 plus 4.000.000, can we contract a mortgage loan?

In order to participate with the incomes for a loan (as rightful ......) the parents need to have the same residence as their son (the contracter of the loan).
An accurate answer regarding the maximum value of the loan and the due crediting conditions you will get after handing in the loan request and the documentation that proves the cummulated income (earned by the son and the parents), this financial anaysis being free of charge.


What is the commission value that is retained in the case of credit card payments abroad?

For cards emitted in Maestro/MasterCard system (Millenium and Taifun Bancpost cards)
The commission is zero when purchasing goods/services while abroad.

For VISA Classic cards (Prospera Bancpost card)
The commission for purchasing goods/services outside the country is of 1% - for transactions realized abroad, applied to the transaction value referred in the credit currency (USD).

For VISA Electron cards (Briliant Bancpost card)
The commission for purchasing goods/services outside the country is of 1% applied to the discounted tranzactional value.
