Millenium is a card emitted under the Maestro logo.
You can make payments to merchants -without being asked for comission for it- or cash withdrawal from ATM in the currency of the country you are in.

The withdrawal comission is of 1%+ 7 RON minimum 12 RON applied to the lei equivalent of the tranzaction.

Search both at the merchants ( the logos of accepted credit cards are displayed visibly on the entrance door of shps, restaurants, hotel and drug stores) and at the ATMs where the Maestro logo is similar to the one on your card.

At present, the bank isn't requesting the proof of the advance money, the bank financing maximum 75% of the market value of the property.
