Land Ownership Documents
The land ownership document is an official register which takes an account of the land properties in a region, mentioning the name of the owner, the land surface and its neighbourhood. The electronic archive contains the data from the loan contracts between Romanian banks and individuals.
What Does
Maturity Mean?
Maturity represents the date of payment (cashing, recovering,
reimbursing) a financial instrument (deposit, certificate of
deposit, debenture, treasury certificate, credit etc.)
Escrow Account
The Escrow account is an account used as guarantee, but kept by a third party not beeing at it’s disposal. This account appears as guarantee between the debtor and the creditor and it is “used” in case one of them does not fulfil it’s contractual obligations. |
